Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies identify computer and browser data used to browse websites - they allow, for example, to find out whether a given computer has already visited a website. Data obtained from cookies are in no way combined with personal data of users obtained e.g. during registration on websites and are not harmful i.e. they do not affect the way end devices work, they do not cause any configuration changes in the programming installed on these devices.

The entity placing cookie files on the Website User's end device and accessing them is PLL LOT Virtual.

3. Types of cookies used

The website uses two basic types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

c)   "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of website pages;

d) "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface

4.   Information on how to remove the software from the User's end device and change the cookie settings in the User's browser

Typically, a web browser (software used for browsing websites) allows storage of cookies on the User's end device by default.

Website users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them every time they are placed on the Website User's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software settings (in the "Help" section of the web browser menu).

Please be advised that the effect of changing the settings in your browser, depending on the selected option, may be the loss of the ability to use some websites and services or some of the functions available in them. Failure to change the cookie settings means that they will be placed and stored in the User's end device.

Cookies placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers cooperating with the Website operator, research companies and multimedia application providers.
